This was hands down one of my all time favorite books when i was a kid, from the previews that ive seen it looks like they're going to do it justice. If you have yet to read this book, i strongly suggest that you go out and get it NOW!, check out the trailer.

So as you may know i have recently become a fixed gear hear, and im loving every second of it, my bike was finished about a month or two ago and ive been really into the subculture of it all since before i even rode a fixie. I came across this video and it looks really good. Its another documentary type of movie mostly following a club, or family of cyclist called the "black label". There are almost like a diy tribe of people who are tight nit and have there own lifestyles and are against the whole commercial scene. alright so street fighter 4 came out sometime ago but times are tough and im not trying to spend 60 dollars on a disc some little chink gets paid 5 cents to make. so i went to frys the other day and they had it for 30 bucks, being the deal lover that iam i couldnt resist. I gotta admit, its a pretty challenging game, has greaaat replay value, and theres alot more to do then just fight. sooooo hyped

Alright so recently clamsjams and a few of my henderson homies turned me onto this band wavves, i was skeptical at first, but there really good chill music to get high to and there a pretty dope band. Tomorrow me and david are gonna go see them at the smell and im super excited for that shit. if you havent heard of them check em out

Year One

Alright ill admit when i first saw the previews for this movie it looked like it was going to be hilarious. I was a bit dissapointed when i saw that the combination of Mclovin, Michael Cera, and Jack Black was still a miss. Unfortunately its much like any jack black movie, but Michael Cera really shines in this one with his brand of "akward friend" comedy. But as i say with my reviews dont take my word for it, feel free to see it on your own

Transformers 2......

One of the biggest most critically acclaimed summer blockbusters starring some of the biggest names in young Hollywood. I didn't like it, Not for the fact that it was all of that, because i really liked the first transformers, it was something new and different and had a real look to it. This new movie was nothing like that in my opinion. They over used the special effects, everything was really easy to figure out, the action scenes were alright at best. It kinda just seemed like there was SO much pressure from the first movie that this one just fell flat. Hopefully this doesn't discourage you from putting a little more money in Michael bays pocket and making Spielberg that much more rich and seeing the movie for yourself.

Been a while.

Its been quite sometime since i have last updated my blog, the passed months have been so hectic. Ive been back and forth from 2 states, multiple cities, i feel like im on tour or something. So ill update you as of now, in case you didnt know im now a proud father of a 6 week old baby boy name ayden.

i also got a new tat, both pictured above.
my car is now a 2 ton paperweight, serves good purpose for just hotboxing though.
suprisingly i miss the desert. I plan to keep the blog up though, so be prepared to have some boring misadventures and random photos, and possibly drunken nights....??

FOUR TWEEEEZIEE

With 420 two days behind us, im still feeling the aftermath, of the blue cheese, sour diesel, green crack, combo i had for the celebration. I was really excited because G4 was having a whole day of shows and movies on to celebrate 420, they showed half baked which is pretty much the best stoner movie of all time, tops pineapple express hands down. They also showed this other movie called super high me, which is about this comedian who just gets high for a month straight, kinda like a parody of super size me. It really wasnt all that funny and kinda just killed my high, but the rest of the day was great. Hope you all had a fun and productive 420 hahahaha.

California Dreamin

Well i know i haven't been posting much lately, but i haven't been home, Since about the 3rd Ive been in the great sunshine state. And i must admit the air smells better, the grass is....well there's grass here unlike the desert i have been living in for the passed three months, The women are prettier, the weeds danker, the birds sing out here, and the smog even looks great, when i first went out there i didn't even look back, but now that Ive been here for a week i actually miss it. It kinda seems like however shitty the weather is out here its never really that bad, and as i stated before there is this different smell that you cant truly appreciate until you have lived somewhere else. Things are a lot closer and more convenient, but im getting off track here, Ive been here for about a week now, Ive seen a lot of my old friends, and hopefully going to see a few more. Shit i even saw some of my friends from Vegas hahaha, they were down visiting for a friends birthday and we got to hang, you'll hear all about it when i post the long California mobile mis adventure in a few days. Ive had a lot of fun being out here, it was a great vacation, and hopefully ill be back soon, well ill be back next weekend but that's besides the point i mean for good. And hopefully when i come back things will be a little different then they were when i left.

Victory 1

So as i posted before, i am a huge marvel vs capcom nerd, and i finally got one of the battles with an old friend that ive been waiting for. Today i took Josh aka babydick to the worlds greatest arcade "James Games". Right away we went to the MVC machine, and as promised i laid the murder game down! A few mins later we walked over to play my second strong point, Marvel Vs Capcom2 and he took an ass whooping even faster. We waited to play street fighter 4 but there was just tooo many nerds aching for that one. 1 down 1 to go. DAVID! im coming for you son!

Fast And Furious.

I saw this movie last week, and ill admit i was a really big fan of the series from the beginning, well except for the second one, but i dont think i want to hang out with the person whos a fan of that one. Alot of reviews and such are saying that its the best out of all the movies, Not in my opinion. The action was ok, but the storyline seemed to fall short, it felt like they were really reaching for anything to throw out with this story, its suppose to be a some what sequel prequel type of movie, where its after the 2nd film but before tokyo drift. In my opinion tokyo drift was the best. This one sort of just has the same storyline as well all of the fast in the furious movies. Its not a MUST see in my eyes, a good movie if you can catch it as a matinee or for cheap but i dont think worth the 10 dollars or whatever crazy prices there trying to charge now a days.

Whos Watching.....

When i first saw all the hype for the watchmen i was really excited, i had heard of the graphic novel months before any of the buzz for the movie started and i was really interested in it, never got a chance to pick it up and really wanted to before i saw the movie, i hate to be a poser, but now that i have actually seen the movie, its sad to say but i think i would have much rather read the book. The action was very stale, people were getting blown up and somehow they managed to make that boring. It was very long, it seemed like they tried to explain every action that anyone made, and they brought up a lot of things that didn't really make sense to talk about, all in all i probably give it a 2 out of 5 only because the girl kept her boots on during the sex scene that was hilarious.

Mobile Misadventures 2

This week our adventure starts on a tuesday. Luckily i didnt screw up on the upload part and have all the pics, should have taken more, but the beggining of everything is always trial and error, ENJOY

TUESDAY
I decided to take a personal day tuesday, work on some personal projects(i woke up late, didnt feel like going) Later on alex calls me and just says "come over were going on an adventure, Im not one to turn down an adventure so i agreed to go, I get there and her and tim were just chillen waiting for me. She informs me that were going to the hoover dam, i had never been so i was pretty hyped, We popped some loratabs and we were on our way haha

Afterward we were heading out to get some pizza from a place tim claimed was, the greatest pizza ever, so i was pretty interested in trying it, then gladys called and we decided to go for sushi. I was pretty skeptical at first cause im not a big fish fan but they assured me it was good.

We all ate and conversated for a while about how alex doesnt watch chapelle show, and how weird that was because chapelle is hilarious, then we were on our way. Gladys went home and me alex and tim went to lake las vegas, its kind of like a victoria gardens type of place, or like an old town pasadena except without all the people and with a lake hahaha. I would have pics of that to show, but it was dark and as you may know a camera phone with no flash doesnt work so good in the dark. Tim had to go home so me and alex hung out for a while till her dad came in and told her to kick me out....and he was just that subtle too hahah. We went back to my house and talked some shit about reality tv as usual then decided to get some sonic (this was hours after sushi twister)

She had work the next day so we called it a night after a little more tv watching.

FRIDAY
I was expecting one of my friends to come thru on some money that was owed and i had planned to use that to go out that night, as always relying on people is unrelyable, so alex came over and brought Eagle vs Shark, its sort of a eurotrash version of napolean dynomite, but its pretty hilarious. We got hungry around midnight so we went to get something to eat.

after dinner we chilled for a while then just called it a night, alex had to work again the next day.

SATURDAY
As usual i went on my saturday excursion with my brother in law and my neice to take pictures for his photo class and to run errands, our first stop was the comic shop where i picked up the new punisher series which is really good. And saw a few other cool things.

We went back to the yard from last week cause my brother in law had to re take some pictures of the walls.

apparently somebody wants beef, they capped my sticker, and the other one i had on a pole they ripped it down and caught a tag where it was. Like the terminator ILL BE BACK to show them whats up. Later alex hit me up about her friends birthday party, which sounded pretty cool, more new people to meet and free drinks. WARNING: the following pictures are blurry but so is the rest of the night.

By this time i think i had had a bit too much to drink, I wasnt feeling very good at all, I dont think jager shots, budlight, and somehow a few whip its of whip cream, didnt mix together well together and i proceeded to pray to the porcelen god.

Alex and i had our fill of alcohol and such so we decided to hit the road and try to sober the fuck up, she had been ranting and raving about this place called rainbow that has good breakfast for two bucks, i was allover that.

best 2 bucks i ever spent.
I was feeling pretty shitty still, but a lot more sober so i decided to head home and try and get some sleep.

SUNDAY
I woke up sunday not feeling very good at all, alex called me and told me if i wanted to get something to eat, i figured i should probably put something in my stomach other then leftover alcohol. We went to LL a hawain bbq place

after eating she had stuff to do and i just still felt pretty shitty, so i went home, but got lost and almost ended up going all the way to the hoover dam again, i finally made it home and my good friend and clam jammer who i will call "Big Papi" informed me that he was going to be on his fire crotched friends internet radio show so being the good friend that i am i tuned in and was quite entertained. The topic for the day was cartoons who i happen to be a very big fan of, so i went on aim and talked back and forth about where they were wrong and gave my two cents on the subjects

Mobile Misadventures 1

This is take one, hopefully it works out, this was just my weekend for now, i had more pics but i screwed up while uploading and ended up deleting some that i wanted hahaha, enjoy.

FRIDAY

My journey started off in the streets of downtown LV at an event they have every first friday of the month aptly titled "first friday" haha with my new friend Alex and her friends. Its kind of like the arts walk in LA or Riverside, theres alot of street vendors, they have a gallery full of art for everyone to see which is pretty cool.

During our walk through the gallery there were these paintings that looked like preschool art, and my first thoughts were "people actually buy this crap" then i saw that it actually was made by a kid and felt a little dumb. we left the gallery and wondered the streets for a bit, after about an hour we had seen all there was to see so decided to get something to eat.

We ended up down the street at a place called pepes tacos, i got to know Alex and her friends a bit better, especially cause i was high, Gladys and Lindsey were planning to head to a bar, and i seemed to be the only one without a fake id, and underage. So they left and we continued waiting for our food....which ended up taking like 40 mins, i think they forgot about us. It got later and we got bored so we headed back to my house to watch a movie, we got high and ended up forgetting about the movie and just spent most of the night talking shit about reality tv, it was about 3am and i had to take alex home, which sucked because she lives really far. On my way back i got lost several times and had to call her at leas 9 times hahaha that was friday.

SATURDAY

My day started off with my brother in law asking for a ride to the mall since my sister has school on saturdays and his truck only seats 2, plus its nice to get out of the house and see what this place has to offer. So me him and my neice piled in my car and headed to the mall so that he could get pictures of peoples hair for his photo project.

This particular mall has fashion shows like disney has parades, every hour or so, and we had got there just in time, the stage comes out of no where which i thought was pretty cool, i had better pictures of it coming up but got deleted, we cruised around the mall for a while, which is a pretty high end mall with some clean ass stores and i came across these.

These are sick, simple as that. We left the mall and were in search of comics,On the way there we found a pretty sick little yard.

i put up a bunch more but like a dumbass i deleted the flicks, after we checked out the yard we continued on our hunt for comics, the store that we usually like to go to decided to close 15 mins early so we were off to the next.

we came up on this place which some people would say "wow thats alot of comics" but if you really read comics, this place didnt have shit.

I thumbed through some of my favorites to see if they had any back issues i need, no luck, my brother in law got what he needed and i picked up a last one i needed for one of my series, after that we headed home. A while later Alex came over and we try to find something to do, after about an hour of calls and nothing going on we decided to just stay in, we headed to my car and smoked a few bowls. When we came back in we watched the finally of ABDC

startling upset, fly kicks should have won, hahahaha.

we ate a bunch of M&M's, and when our container was empty we talked about how good soft served and M&M's would be, and i reminded alex how she owed me ice cream from getting us lost the night before, so we got in her car and headed to sonic.

jr candy sundaes are the best, too bad i had to pay even though SHE owed ME! hahaahah. We got back home and chilled for a while watching tv, then clerks came on, it was late as fuck and we were both too high to even stay awake so alex went home and that was saturday.

SUNDAY

I started my day the greatest way possible, wake and bake sesh while everyone else was at the outlets.

I didnt do shit for a few hours, then Alex called me up to see if i wanted to go over and hang out,

we chilled and talked shit about reality shows again, and tried to think of something to do, we couldnt think of anything so we went to the local record shop, we looked around to see if there was anything good, Alex ended up grabbing spun, i had never seen it so i was pretty psyched. On the way back home i called in my ice cream win and making her pay, so we stopped at mcdonalds and got some hot fudge sundays

While we were chillen i noticed her dog was acting hella weird and just scratching at everything, i asked what was up and i guess the dog went blind because of kanine diabetes or something, nicest dog i ever met though.

we watched spun, which was a pretty crazy ass movie, i met Alex's sister, a bit younger but also very cool. The movie ended and we chilled for a while longer.

We watched Chelsey lately and talked about how jews have big boobs and big noses, then made fun of chewy for a while, it was almost 2 so i decided to head home, on the way i missed my exit and had to cruise around the strip trying to get back to the freeway, i got home around 230 and just crashed. That was my weekend, expect more mobile misadventures to come.
